Capital Value opens office in Eindhoven

This January, Capital Value opened an office in Eindhoven. The office is located in the 'Videolab' building on Strijp-S, a former Philips development laboratory that has been transformed into a modern and high-quality office building. From this office, we will focus on our services to clients in the south of the Netherlands. Ruud van der Velden will be responsible for the valuation services for the South region.

Ruben Smulders, managing director at Capital Value': "We have an increasing number of clients in the south of the the Netherlands. By opening an office in Eindhoven, we can operate more sustainably and work more efficiently in the region. In addition, we will continue to expand our team at this location in the near future to be able to serve new clients as well."
