Investment opportunity dinner during EXPO REAL

On Monday the 7th of October, Capital Value organized an investment opportunity dinner at the EXPO REAL in Munich. The event took place at the Hotel Vierjahreszeiten and was themed: "Going Dutch".
The 30 invitees consisted of a mix of international investors with a common interest in the Dutch residential market as well as the top private and institutional investors located in the Netherlands.
Alexander van der Laan, Residential Real Estate Advisor at Capital Value in London, gave a preview of the first research results on the European residential investment market. The third place of the Netherlands after Germany and Scandinavia where investors are planning to invest in upcoming years, was received with great interest by the audience. The evening provided a nice informal setting to learn each other and to share experiences with investing in (Dutch) residential real estate.
