Rick van Zwet joins Capital Value Consultancy

As per September 1st, Rick van Zwet joined Capital Value as Principal Consultant. In this role, he will make a significant contribution to further expanding Capital Value's consulting services within the residential investment market.
With almost 10 years of experience, Rick van Zwet is an experienced consultant in the real estate market. He previously worked at Savills, Dynamis and the Economic Institute for Construction, among others. In recent years, his responsibilities included in-depth research analyses within the real estate market, publishing various research publications and providing strategic advice to a large number of clients.
