Succesfull investment briefing at Provada 2014

In cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations in the Netherlands, Capital Value organised an investment briefing on 4 June for both national and international investors in Dutch residential real estate. The meeting took place during the 10th annual real estate exhibition PROVADA in RAI Amsterdam.
On behalf of the Ministry, Mark Frequin, Director General for Housing and Building, held a presentation on the Dutch Housing Market, during which he also presented a new publication by the Ministry on this topic. Marijn Snijders, Director at Capital Value, presented the results of research conducted by Capital Value among international investors.
