Transaction services

We supervise purchase and sales processes of residential complexes and housing portfolios throughout the Netherlands. Since we established Capital Value in 2012, we have successfully sold over 81,000 properties. From individual complexes to complete portfolios. Both existing buildings and new-build projects. We have accomplished this thanks to the knowledge and experience of our team of professionals.

Valuation services

Our specialised valuation department advises on the value of property. We valuate for all objectives, including annual accounts, (re)financing or purchase and sale. In addition to our specialisation in homes, we also valuate industrial real estate, social real estate and healthcare real estate.

Strategic advice

We provide strategic advice on all issues related to the residential investment market in the Netherlands. These include acquisition or disposition, existing homes, new-build projects, transformation projects or healthcare real estate.
