On behalf of NLV, we advised on the acquisition of 25 healthcare properties from Dagelijks Leven through a sale-and-lease-back agreement. NLV acquired the new-build pipeline, after which Dagelijks Leven leased back the properties on a long-term basis. The care homes are rented at social rent levels and provide housing for residents with dementia.
