The municipality of Zwijndrecht, in collaboration with ABB Bouwgroep, planned to develop a new construction project in the higher price segment. The project includes a total of 450 homes, approximately half of which are single-family houses.
Advice on the housing programme Noordoevers in Zwijndrecht
Based on a preliminary plan, the municipality sought advice on the housing programme to be implemented and the release pace, possibly separately for single-family homes and apartments. Through comprehensive data and project analysis, we formulated a vision for the design and housing programme. Additionally, we provided an overview of competing new construction projects in Zwijndrecht to advise on the optimal release pace.
