On behalf of Rockfield, we carried out the valuation of Lighthouse, the tallest residential tower in Eindhoven at 109 metres, which was officially opened in October 2025.
Lighthouse comprises 333 mid-market and free-sector rental apartments, ranging from studios to penthouses. The residential offering is designed for professionals, house sharers, and families.
