For a.s.r. real estate, we valued a property in Houten that is being renovated as part of a sustainability project aimed at reaching Paris Proof standards. The complex consists of 37 rental homes built in 1985, which will be upgraded to at least energy label A+++, thereby meeting the Paris Proof requirements. This also means the homes will be CO₂-neutral. The sustainability measures include the installation of an all-electric heat pump, a heat recovery ventilation system (HRV), solar panels, and improved insulation.
