On 3 February 2026, Shared Value took place, the annual event organised by Capital Value & IVBN focusing on developments in the residential (investment) market. Since 2012, Shared Value has been a leading event in the residential investment market. The event is attended by 400 stakeholders from the residential (investment) market, including board members and senior executives of institutional and private investors, housing associations, developers, and board members of several large municipalities.
The theme for 2026 was: Looking ahead to 2040. Together with IVBN, we have put together an inspiring substantive programme around this theme.
