Our valuers fulfil all the necessary requirements to conduct valuations for various purposes. We provide valuations for investors, housing associations, banks, developers, government and healthcare institutions. We work with a multi-disciplinary team of valuers. ISAE 3402 type II certified
We conduct our valuations according to fixed procedures with checks & balances. Our valuation processes are ISAE 3402 type II certified. ISAE is an internationally recognised standard that gives insight into the way in which an organisation has set up the management and security of the services that have been outsourced to it.
The guidelines of the NRVT are an integral part of our ISAE 3402 control framework. In addition, the security and continuity measures in place at our IT department are also part of the control framework. We always strive for the highest standard as regards transparency and regulations. The certificate demonstrates compliance with all regulations and requirements that are imposed from the NRVT.
