I started Capital Value's valuation services together with Ruben in 2016. I am proud of the growth and professionalisation that our services and team have achieved. Together with a team of register-valuers and young professionals, I am responsible for our valuation services to Dutch and international pension funds. We valuate existing residential portfolios as well as new-build developments. In my free time you can often find me at the beach, kite surfing.
