The Capital Value Thesis Award is an annual prize presented to a student who has written a bachelor’s or master’s thesis at a Dutch University, Higher Education Institution, or one of the ASRE professional programs (MSRE or MRE).

The Jury
Submitted theses are evaluated by an expert jury consisting of real estate professionals from Capital Value, including Thijs Konijnendijk (Director of Research & Data Intelligence) and Stefan Janssen (Head of Consultancy). They will assess the theses based on the added value of the research to the Dutch residential (investment) market or healthcare real estate market.
Nominees 2025
We are pleased to announce that the three nominees for the 2025 Capital Value Thesis Award have been selected! From the submitted entries, the jury has chosen three theses that stand out for their originality, relevance, and added value to the Dutch residential and healthcare real estate markets.
The Award Ceremony
The winner of the Capital Value Thesis Award will be announced during our annual Shared Value conference on February 11, 2025. At this event, where investors, housing corporations, and developers gather, the winner will receive a fantastic city trip to London for two people (including train travel and two hotel overnight stays).
