Capital Value has recently sold approximately 210 rented homes on behalf of two clients. The transactions primarily concerned apartments located in Rotterdam, Capelle aan den IJssel, Maassluis and Nieuwegein (the Netherlands). The homes were bought by three investors.
210 rented homes sold to private investors

Private investors are increasingly entering the residential property investment market, where they often focus on what is referred to as their home market. We will announce more transactions of which investors of this kind are involved in the near future.’
