A consortium of investors acquires the Rise portfolio of 265 units

A consortium of investors has acquired the Rise portfolio from BNP Paribas REIM through a share deal transaction. Capital Value, Loyens & Loeff and SGS search advised BNP Paribas REIM during the sales process.

About the Rise portfolio
The portfolio consists of 265 multi-family homes spread across the Randstad region in the cities of Almere, Barendrecht, Hoofddorp, and Zoetermeer, with a total area of more than 25,000 m². The homes, built between 2000 and 2006, average 92 m² in size and have 2 or 3 bedrooms. Most of the homes have an energy label of A or A+.

Other parties involved
Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets and Project Development Services, Sectie5, Houthoff, and Deloitte acted as advisors to the buyers in this transaction. Rabobank is financing the buyers in this purchase.
