Accresco Vastgoed sells De Statenkoning in Rotterdam to a private investor
Accresco Vastgoed is a developing real estate investor in Rotterdam that focuses strongly on the renewal and improvement of empty or orphaned places. After a long period of vacancy, Accresco Vastgoed bought and transformed the former church. A total of 24 modern rental apartments have been realised. The size varies from approximately 65 to approximately 100 sqm. Each apartment has its own parking space in the underground parking garage.
Jens van Hasenbroek, director at Capital Value: De Statenkoning is a good example of a successful transformation of an existing complex into modern and sustainable apartments with a monumental character. There is still a lot of demand in the market for existing complexes with a unique character in inner-city locations.”
