Amphia has sold its location on Sint Ignatiusstraat in Breda to Rialto Vastgoedontwikkeling. The location, with a social destination and a surface area of approximately 4,400 m², was once part of the former Sint-Ignatius hospital. Capital Value supervised the sale on behalf of Amphia. The legal supervision of the process was in the hands of Van Doorne.

The current site of approximately 1,200 m² is partly used by Star-shl as a diagnostic centre. In the coming period, Rialto Vastgoedontwikkeling will start with plans for the site.
“With this sale, Amphia creates space to further focus on its core activities in healthcare, while Rialto has the opportunity to revitalise this location,” says Dirk Adriaanse, Associate Director at Capital Value, who advised Amphia on the transaction.”
