On behalf of the Amvest Residential Dynamic Fund, Amvest Investment Management recently sold nine complexes (in total 238 single- and multi-family dwellings) for approximately 37 million euros. The houses are located throughout the Netherlands, in Vleuten, Badhoevedorp, Eindhoven, Zeist, Oisterwijk, Rosmalen en Etten-Leur. Buyer is investment company Grouwels B.V.. Capital Value advised Amvest on the sale.
Amvest sells residential portfolio

The willingness of Dutch and German banks to finance residential investments plays an important role as well as the fact that the prices on the residential market are stabilising.
