Blauwhoed and AM sell 174 mid-rental homes in Amsterdam-Noord to CBRE IM

The CZAN development joint venture—a collaboration between Blauwhoed and AM—has sold 174 mid-rental homes in the Noordhof 3 & 4 subprojects, part of Elzenhagen Zuid in Amsterdam-Noord, to CBRE Investment Management. Capital Value advised CZAN on the sale.

About Elzenhagen Zuid

Elzenhagen Zuid is a growing urban district in the heart of Amsterdam-Noord, being developed into a diverse, sustainable and future-proof residential environment. The Noordhof 3 and 4 subprojects comprise a total of 294 owner-occupied and rental apartments and, together with four other building blocks, form the Noordbuurt within the wider area development. The homes have been developed with a focus on energy efficiency and high architectural quality. Distinct façades—each with its own character—give the buildings an attractive and varied appearance.
