Bouwinvest Residential Fund sells selection of residential properties to Grouwels Vastgoed

Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Residential Fund has sold seven residential complexes to Grouwels Vastgoed. The transaction comprises a total of 579 apartments, three commercial units and 265 parking spaces, located across multiple locations in the Netherlands.

The sale aligns with the fund’s active strategy, in which portfolio optimisation goes hand in hand with its Paris Proof objectives. Capital Value acted as commercial advisor on the transaction. Houthoff served as legal advisor.

About the portfolio

The divested properties are located in Amstelveen, Amsterdam, Groningen, The Hague, Zwolle and Maastricht. The portfolio primarily consists of private sector rental housing in residential areas with good accessibility and proximity to amenities. The portfolio will be acquired by Grouwels Vastgoed, a well-established, long-term investor in the Dutch residential market.
