Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Residential Fund sold three complexes with a total of 129 dwellings. The deal includes 28 single family dwellings in Heerenveen, 44 single family dwellings in Oss and 57 single family dwellings in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. The complexes were sold individually. The purchasers are private investors. Capital Value advised Bouwinvest on the sale.
