Bouwinvest Residential Fund recently sold 94 single-family dwellings in Assen (province of Drenthe). It concerns homes in the regulated segment that were purchased by two separate private investors. Capital Value advised Bouwinvest on the sale.
Bouwinvest sells 94 dwellings in Assen
The sale is in line with the Residential Fund’s strategy to minimize the number of regulated rental dwellings in the entire portfolio. This transaction shows that there is still a lot of interest from investors for dwellings outside of the Randstad conurbation in the Netherlands.
