Bouwinvest sells residential portfolio
The transaction includes properties in Rotterdam, Assen, Ede, Hoogeveen, Roosendaal, Valkenswaard and Venlo, all properties that are no longer fully in line with the fund’s strategy. Some properties are located outside the core regions of the fund and some of the properties are rented out int the regulated rental sector. With the proceeds from the sale, investments will be made in dwellings in the mid-priced and non-regulated rental sector within the core regions formulated by Bouwinvest. Bouwinvest expects that the demand for this type of housing will continue to be good.
