The Capital Value management team is expanding with Jens van Hasenbroek, Manon Kuipers and Arjan Peerboom. These appointments reflect the organisation's rapid growth in recent years in the field of transactions and consultancy. The new board members and their teams will be committed to developing services to investors, housing associations, developers, banks, semi-government and healthcare institutions.
Capital Value enlarges management team
Jens van Hasenbroek, Manon Kuipers and Arjan Peerboom have for the past few years headed various sub-specialised departments at Capital Value. Van Hasenbroek is responsible for residential investment transactions of existing properties for institutional and private investors. Kuipers and her team spent the past several years specialising in healthcare real estate and senior housing transactions; she also carries final responsibility for property sales by and between housing associations. Peerboom is responsible for assisting developers with new-build project transactions.
