Capital Value expands team further

Capital Value is expanding its team further. As per 1 May, two new employees have joined our organisation: Danny La Rose MSc RT (left on photo) will start as valuer in Capital Values valuation department and Clemens van Vuurde MSc (right on photo) will join the residential real estate advising team.
Danny La Rose MSc RT (33) has extensive experience in valuations of residential complexes and also has extensive knowledge of the valuation of social and care dwellings. He is registered at NRVT (Nederlands Register Vastgoed Taxateurs) and previously worked for five years as a valuer at DTZ Zadelhoff and for two years as a planner for Stedenbouwkundig Buro SRO.
Clemens van Vuurde MSc (28) worked for three years at DTZ Zadelhoff as a real estate consultant for the residential investment market and before that as an investment advisor at Robeco. At Capital Value he will be responsible for structuring and managing the transparant sales processes of residential complexes for both investors and housing associations.
