With a transaction volume of EUR 1.354 million in 2014, Capital Value retained its number one position as residential investments advisor in the Netherlands. The result was published today in the annual ranking by the leading Dutch real estate magazine PropertyNL, who described the special role of Capital Value as a national player in a market mainly dominated by large international organisations.
Capital Value no 1 advisor in Dutch residential investments
As a specialist niche player on the residential market, Capital Value has once again experienced a substantial growth over the last year, both in revenue and in the size of its workforce. Capital Value achieved the number one position for the third year in a row. Capital Value also ranked sixth in the category for real estate investments in the Netherlands. Kees van Harten, Managing Director of Capital Value: “Over the past year, our team has been totally dedicated to achieving successful transactions on the residential market. We are very proud of the result. With the largest residential real estate team in the Netherlands we will strive to maintain our first place in this segment in the year ahead”. Source PropertyNL: “Capital Value’s position in particular is remarkable. The other five players on the market have a strong international network with access to international buyers. Capital Value achieved this position on its own. The Dutch residential market currently has a lot of interest from international investors. It is striking to see that the Dutch residential investment market in 2014 was again dominated by specialized advisors not affiliated with international offices.”
