Capital Value has once again reached the first place as an advisor in residential investments in the Netherlands. This is clear from the annual ranking Top101 Real Estate Agents of PropertyNL. It is for the sixth time in a row that Capital Value reaches the number 1 position in this category.
Capital Value no. 1 advisor in residential investments in the Netherlands
In addition to reaching the first position in residential investments, in the category of real estate investment advisors Capital Value rose from eighth to fifth place with an investment volume of more than 1,333 million euros in 2017. This makes Capital Value the first Dutch advisor in the ranking of real estate investment advisors in the Netherlands. Marijn Snijders, managing director of Capital Value: “We have been able to succesfully complete a large number of transactions during the past year. Our team has made a huge effort in this respect.
