According to the leading Dutch real estate magazine PropertyNL, Capital Value maintained its position as the number 1 investment advisor for Dutch residential real estate in 2013 with a transaction volume of EUR 226 million. The annual ranking was published this year on 25 April 2014.
Capital Value no. 1 again in residential real estate investment
As a specialist niche player on the residential market, Capital Value has seen substantial growth over the last year, both in revenue and in the size of its workforce. Besides maintaining the number one position in residential real estate investments, Capital Value also ranked seventh in the category for real estate investments with a substantial growth in transaction volume compared to last year (increasing from EUR 160 million in 2012 to EUR 253 million in 2013). In the overall ranking of the top 101 real estate advisors, Capital Value occupies 14th place.
