On behalf of one of its clients, Capital Value recently sold a total of 27 houses. It concerns 16 single family dwellings in Leiden and 11 apartments in Maastricht. In both cases, buyer was a private investor. Ing. M.A. (Marijn) Snijders RT MRICS, managing director: “A growing number of private investors is interested in Dutch residential real estate. In addition to the existing players in the field, there are also many newcomers who are looking into the opportunities the Dutch market has to offer”.
