Capital Value is once again expanding. A.J. (Alexander) van der Laan and drs J.(Jelle) Tinke will join the team as of July 1st. The expansion is a direct result of the increasing interest of foreign investors in Dutch residential real estate. Alexander van der Laan will be located in London to better serve the international investors who are based there. Jelle Tinke will work from the head office of Capital Value in Utrecht, the Netherlands, but will especially focus on the international market.
Capital Value to London
Alexander van der Laan worked for more than seven years as a valuer with DTZ Zadelhoff, and more recently has been active in DTZ Investments. Jelle Tinke recently graduated at the University van Amsterdam as Master of Science (MSc) in Urban and Regional Planning.
