The Capital Value Valuations management team is expanding with Alexander van der Laan, Natálie Verhoef and Danny La Rose. These appointments reflect the organisation's rapid growth in recent years. The new board members and their teams will be committed to develop valuation services for investors, housing associations, developers, banks and healthcare institutions.
Capital Value Valuations enlarges management team
Alexander van der Laan, Natálie Verhoef and Danny La Rose have for the past few years headed various sub-specialised departments at Capital Value Valuations. Van der Laan is responsible for residential investment valuations for new build as well as institutional and private investors. Verhoef is in charge of valuations for financial institutions, while La Rose is responsible for valuations in the areas of healthcare real estate, senior citizens’ accommodation and housing associations.
