Capital Value wins FD Gazelle Award
The largest team of specialists in the Dutch residential investment market
To qualify for an FD Gazellen Award, the turnover growth, profitability and the number of FTE over the past three years are considered. In recent years we have grown to become the largest team of specialists in the residential investment market in the Netherlands in the field of transaction guidance and valuation of homes and healthcare real estate. Our valuation services in particular have experienced an immense growth during that period. Ruben Smulders, managing director Valuations: “We are extremely proud that we have once again won an FD Gazelle Award this year. We have a fantastic team of experienced registered valuers and young ambitious professionals who always help each other out. We continuously invest in the quality of our services and our team as we simply want to be the best in our field. We provide training for our employees, we are affiliated with RICS and NVM and our valuation processes are ISAE 3402 Type II certified. It is great that all our efforts lead to winning this great prize.” More information can be found on the websites of FD: fd.nl/dossier/fd-gazellen.
