CBRE Global Investors recently sold an apartment complex in Breda (province Noord-Brabant). The sale includes a total of 60 apartments in the area of Ruitersbos. Buyer is a local private investor. Capital Value advised CBRE GI on the sale. The complex is part of a larger portfolio CBRE GI currently has for sale.
