COD and Being have sold two residential buildings comprising a total of 90 mid-rental homes within the ASTR project in Amsterdam-Noord to NLV. The transaction also includes the commercial space on the ground floor of both buildings. With this acquisition, the mid-rental segment within ASTR gains a strong long-term owner.
