Bouwinvest has bought 178 apartments in De Meester, a former craft school on Verspronckweg in Haarlem. The complex, formerly known as the 'Sterren College', is located in the Kleverpark neighborhood and is being transformed by COD into a modern residential building with spacious representative apartments that will be located in the monumental main building and a new-build section with underground parking garage. Capital Value advised COD on the sale. The Scholtens-Toekomst consortium, a collaboration of Scholtens Bouw and Toekomst Groep, will be responsible for the construction.
