Residential fund manager Credit Linked Beheer has purchased 32 sustainable new-build apartments in Zeewolde for the Huurwoningen Nederland Fonds II. The apartments are divided over two building blocks and are located on the new-build location Molenbuurt Phase 3. The complex is a development of Hoornstra Bouw B.V. and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2021. Capital Value advised Credit Linked Management in the purchase process.
Credit Linked Beheer purchases 32 sustainable apartments in Zeewolde
The complex is part of the new-build project Kruilier, where in addition to the 32 apartments, 24 future- and life-cycle-proof homes are being built. The apartments have a surface area of ??approximately 76 m² and are all equipped with a private outdoor space.
