Crossing Borders Development sells 42 new build apartments in Leerdam
De Glasmeesters comprises four residential buildings in total. Two of the buildings are intended for the rental market. These buildings offer 3 and 4 room apartments, varying in size from 61 – 104 m². All apartments have a generous outdoor space. The construction of the first residential building will start in July 2018 and completion is planned for mid-2019. De Glasmeesters is part of the Broekgraaf zone, a new residential area in the western part of Leerdam. A total of 925 homes are being realised in this area. De Glasmeesters is completely dedicated to sustainability. The terraced-shaped residential buildings will be energy neutral (EPC 0.0) and will be equipped with underfloor heating and floor cooling. The apartments do not use gas and are therefore prepared for the future. Also, low-maintenance materials are used as much as possible. Thijs Meijer, advisor new build developments at Capital Value: “Many investors showed interest in this development because of the project’s very sustainable ambitions that go beyond the regulations.”
