The portfolio consists of both single and multi-family dwellings spread over 8 complexes in, among others, Dronten, Egmond-Binnen, Enschede and Venlo. In none of the complexes, built in the period 1986 to 1997, individual units have been sold off. “The acquisition of this portfolio is the first of this year and contributes to the optimisation and further expansion of our portfolio”, says Jeroen Gorissen, portfolio manager Daelmans Vastgoed.
Kees van Harten, managing director Capital Value: “The positive demographic developments and the growth in the number of households in the Netherlands is not only visible in the big cities, but in many cases also applies to the smaller cities, which makes portfolios with complexes outside the big cities a very interesting investment product with an attractive risk-return profile. “
