Delta Lloyd Vastgoed (Delta Lloyd Real Estate) recently sold an apartment building with 58 apartments in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. Buyer is a private investor. Capital Value advised Delta Lloyd on ths sale. The apartments are part of a larger portfolio Capital Value has for sale at the moment. Mr C.A. (Kees) van Harten, managing director: “Amstelveen is a very popular location for investors and the demand for the apartments was high, both by local as national investors”.
