Delta Lloyd Vastgoed and Bouwbedrijf Noordersluis have reached an agreement for the construction of 54 new apartments in Bussum, the Netherlands. In total, three buildings, each consisting of 18 apartments, will be realised (turn key delivery). Delta Lloyd was advised by Capital Value jointly with DTZ Zadelhoff. Construction of the apartments has already started.
