Dirk Adriaanse and Tim Ossewaarde appointed Associate Director at Capital Value
Dirk Adriaanse is a highly experienced advisor within the healthcare real estate and senior housing team. Manon Kuipers, director of healthcare real estate Capital Value: “The healthcare real estate market is facing several challenges including a huge replacement and expansion task. Much cooperation between market players will be needed in the coming years to meet the increasing demand for suitable care housing. This further increases the demand for advisory and transaction support in this segment. With his extensive experience in transaction management in healthcare real estate, Dirk will further focus on our services in this segment to developers.” Tim Ossewaarde is an expert on residential investments in the new-build segment. He has assisted many developers in the acquisition and sale of new construction projects within Capital Value in recent years. Arjan Peerboom, Capital Value director: “With current inflation and interest rates, increased construction costs and increased regulation in the housing market, developers are faced with complex issues to keep their development (financially) feasible. Tim responds to the opportunities that lie ahead and knows better than anyone how to connect parties to reach a solution. This makes him the perfect candidate to further expand our services in this segment.”
