As of 1 January 2026, Dirk Adriaanse will assume the position of Director Transactions at Capital Value. In this role, he will be specifically responsible for transactions in Dutch healthcare real estate and for housing associations. Adriaanse has been with Capital Value for more than five years and leads a team of real estate advisors that advises on transactions in the healthcare real estate market and for housing associations.
Adriaanse is an experienced transaction specialist in the healthcare real estate market. Over the past year, he advised on, among other things, the sale of the Amphia hospital site in Oosterhout and the sale of a new-build nursing home for QuaRijn in Wijk bij Duurstede. In addition, he recently initiated a seminar for developers on opportunities in senior housing.
Adriaanse: “In the Netherlands, there is still far too little attention for the development of housing for seniors. Especially now that investors have more capital available for this segment, there are significant opportunities to turn the tide. This is what I focus on every day. Developers are also increasingly recognising that a substantial increase in senior housing supply is urgently needed.”
