Capital Value Valuations has appointed Fedde Grunstra and Rik Rozendal as Associate Directors with effect from 1 July 2023. Both Fedde and Rik have worked as valuers at Capital Value for several years and have contributed greatly to the growth and development of the valuation department. Both will have an important role in further expanding Capital Value Valuations' services within the areas of expertise of housing associations and healthcare real estate.
Fedde Grunstra and Rik Rozendal appointed Associate Director at Capital Value Valuations
Fedde Grunstra is a highly experienced chartered valuer. He has valued many large-scale residential portfolios throughout the Netherlands at Capital Value in recent years. In addition, with his knowledge and extensive experience in structuring large data files, he and the Research department laid the foundation for the creation of Capital Value’s Automatic Valuation Model. We congratulate him on this great new step in his career.” Rik Rozendal is a specialist in the valuation of healthcare real estate and senior housing. In recent years, he has determined the market value of healthcare real estate for healthcare institutions, housing associations, investors and pension funds. He is up to date with the latest developments in the full care segment and has extensive experience in valuing hospitals, health centres, clinic buildings and residential care centres.
