As per November 1st, Fedde Grunstra has been appointed Director of Capital Value Consultancy. Grunstra has been with Capital Value for ten years, including eight and a half years at Capital Value Valuations. As Director of Capital Value Consultancy, he will lead the team of consultants advising both market participants and public authorities on complex issues in the residential and healthcare real estate markets.

Transactions, valuations and consultancy
Capital Value Consultancy was established two years ago. Increasingly, strategic questions emerged from the transactions and valuations divisions that fell outside the scope of those departments.
