Grouwels Vastgoed has purchased 196 houses in Maastricht from Bouwinvest Residential Fund. The houses are located in a complex in the Boschstraat-Oost district in the city center of Maastricht and were built in 1987. 54% of the houses have a B or C energy label, while the rest of the apartments have an A label. Capital Value and New Ground Law assisted Bouwinvest Residential Fund with the sale.
