Housing assocation and social investor Habion has sold two residential care complexes in Hellendoorn and Nijverdal (both municipality of Hellendoorn and province of Overijssel). It concerns complex De Blenke in Hellendoorn (122 units) and De Parallel in Nijverdal (45 units). The new owner of the residential buildings is Superstone SA, a subsidiary of Cofinimmo. During the sale, Habion was advised by Capital Value and the legal guidance was in the hands of Core Notariaat.
