Intermaris starts sale of a unique care portfolio in Noord-Holland
Intermaris is a housing association that owns dwellings in the regions of West Friesland and Waterland. Cees Tip, managing director at Intermaris: ‘Over the past period, we have informed all tenants and other parties involved about the sale. The reason to sell this portfolio now is the focus on our core task within our core area: providing affordable housing and a pleasant living environment for people on low incomes. The (care) homes from this portfolio are not part of this.”
About the portefeuille
The Intermaris Care Portfolio offers both independent and non-independent housing units on good locations in the province Noord-Holland. A large part of the portfolio has been let long-term to healthcare institutions (approx. 40% of the total rental income). The other units are rented out in the regulated rental segment.
Sales process
Intermaris prefers to sell the portfolio as a whole. The deadline for bids on the portfolio is Tuesday 15 January 2019. For more information please do not hesitate to contact us. You can also find more information on the complexes on Zorgvastgoedmarkt.
