International fund purchases two Dutch residential portfolios
Kees van Harten, managing director Capital Value: “There is a large interest from international investors in Dutch homes. Our recent survey among international investors shows that they have EUR 12 billion available in the next three years. International investors can thus give the Dutch housing market an enormous boost. By buying older assets from Dutch investors, Dutch investors can in turn invest in rejuvenating and making their portfolio more sustainable.”
