The Ridge is a former office building that has been transformed into a modern residential property with amenities. The property is located in the southeast of Delft next to the TU Delft campus. The sellers are private investors.

Capital Value advised the investor on the acquisition of the property, the seller was advised by MontFort Real Estate. The legal guidance of the buyer was in the hands of Loyens Loeff, the seller was assisted by Lexence. The technical guidance was in the hands of Savills. The Ridge is a sustainable property equipped with (among others) a WKO installation and solar panels on the roof. The building offers a wide range of studios and apartments. In addition, the property offers an in-house gym, a sauna, laundry room and common study room. About three-quarters of the apartments are rented furnished.
