An international investor has sold a residential complex on the Westervoortsedijk in Arnhem to a private investor. It concerns 36 apartments, with the same number of parking spaces, mainly intended for rental in the middle segment. Capital Value advised the seller during the sales process.

The apartments have an average surface area of 82 square meters with energy label A and a private storage room. The complex is located in Nieuwe Kadekwartier, an area that has undergone a transformation in recent years. The industrial activity has made way for modern living and working functions.
